A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS ERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.

IMPROVEMENT SK-80 DISTRICT SK-80
WHEREAS, SIDEWALK IMPROVENT SK-80 ,
District SK-80 , has been completed andacceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
MOW, TI E_P FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at10 :00 o 'clock A. M. on January
20th, A. D. 1937, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in 02 affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this30th day of December,
A. D. 1936.
