A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF PROP-
ERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN OBJECTIONS TO
THE CONFIRMATION OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLL.
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-80 DISTRICT SK-80
WHEREAS , preliminary assessment roll has been
completed by the City Engineer andfiled by him with the
City Clerk, on the above described improvement in accord-
ance with the provisions of Sections 29 and 30 , of the
City Charter.
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk cause
notice to be given in accordance with said City Charter
that a meeting of the City Council will be held at 10:00
o: clock p. M. January 20th, 1937 , at which
time all interested persons may appear and file written ob-
jections to the confirmation of said roll.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of December,
A. D. , 1936 .
