A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS SR-256 & 259 DISTRICTS SR-256 & 259
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWERIMPROVEMENTS SR-256 and 259 ,
Districts SR-256 havebeen completed and acceptance of
and 259 ,
said improvements r. fconmended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,

NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on January
20th , A. D. 1937, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
mentsas to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of January,
