A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 3672.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH , FLORIDA:
That Resolution No. 3672, passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, on Septem-
ber 2nd, 1936, adopting the policy of limiting the operation
of night clubs to locations heretofore operated as such re-
sorts until such time as the natural growth of the City may
make it possible to grant additional permits for such night
clubs without endangering the public welfare , safety , morals
and convenience , be and the same is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January, A. D. ,
1937.
