BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 otclock A. M. , January
20th, A. D. 1937, it would hear any objections of per-
sons interestec in or affected by the above designated
improvemen.teas to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvement$,as
completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
