A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIOIN'S TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-151 DISTRICT H-151
WHEREAS, HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-151 ,
District H-151, has been completed andacceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
HOW, THEREFORE, LE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. on February
3rd, A. D. 19 37 at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or a.ffect ;d by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
