A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN `' •

WHEREAS, SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-79,
District SK-79, has been completed andacceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THE,-.EFORE, HE IT RESOLvT ED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Roach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of slid City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on February
3rd , A. D. 19 37 at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof 'by the City Council.
