ERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN OBJECTIONS TO
THE CONFIRMATION OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLL,
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-79 DISTRICT SK_79

WI EREAS , preliminary assessment roll has been
completed by the City Engineer andfiled by him with the
City Clerk, on the above described improvement in accord-
ance with the provisions of Sections 29 and 30 , of the
City Chnrter.
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk cause
notice to be given in accordance with said City Charter
that a meeting of the City Council will be held at 10200
otclock A.M. February 3rd 19 37, at which
time all interested persons may appear and file written ob-
jections to the confirmation of said roll.
