RESOLUTION NO. 3832
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, have been petitioned to consider the amending, sup-
plementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the
regulations, restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit: ,R
That Section No. 16 of the Ordinance No. 289 be
amended by adding thereto the following paragraph
after District No. 32.
"District No. 33: There shall be a front yard having
a depth of not less than fifteen (15) feet. There
shall be a rear yard having a depth of not less than
five (5) feet, and there shall be a side yard having
a width of not less than seven and one-half (71)
feet on either side of a building. "
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing
be called for the 17th day of February, A. D. , 1937, at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami
Beach, Florida, for the purpose as above set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by
said Ordinance No. 289.
