Resolution 3833 RESOLUTION NO. 3$33
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, have been petitioned to consider the amending, sup-
plementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the
regulations, restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That the Use Regulations on the following described
property, to-wit:
Block ll-A, Island View Addition in the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, as same is shown on a plat
recorded in Plat Book No. 9 at Page 144 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
be amended so as to change the above described land from
its present Area Regulation District No. 13, to what is
known as Area Regulation District No. 33.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 17th day of February, A. D. , 1937, at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami
Beach, Florida, f or the purpose as above set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as isprovided
by
said Ordinance No. 289.
