Resolution 3850 RESOLUTION NO. 3850
WHEREAS, heretofore, to-wit: on the 15th day of July,
1936, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
passed and adopted its Resolution No. 3605, wherein and whereby
it was resolved that the City refund to La Gorce Island, Incor-
porated, the cost of installation of certain permanent water
mains on La Gorce Island, including labor, materials and in-
cidental and miscellaneous expenses accruing in connection
with the construction of said water mains, and
WHEREAS the construction and installation as contemplated
in said Resolution No. 3608 has been completed and the total
cost of said construction and installation, including all labor,
materials and incidental and miscellaneous expenses accruing
in connection therewith is determined herewith to be Eleven
Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Two and 05/100 011,622.05) Dollars,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that refund be made to said
La Gorce Island, Incorporated, on account of said constrv^tions
and installation in the sum of Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-
Two and 05/100 011,622.05) Dollars, and that the City Manager
and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed
to make payment of said sum to said La Gorce Island, Incorporated,
on account of said refund, in accordance with the terms of said
Resolution No. 3608.
