RESOLUTION NO. 3851
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, have been petitioned to consider the amending, sup-
plementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the
regulations, restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That the use regulation of the following described
property, to-wit:
Blocks 1, 4, 5 and 8 of 41ST STREET BUSINESS SUB-
DIVISION, according to a plat recorded in Plat
Book 34 at Page 92 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida,
be amended so as to change said property from its present "BA"
Business District Classification, to what is known as "BAA"
Business District Classification, as said use regulations are
described in Ordinance No. 289, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 17th day of March, A. D. , 1937, at 10:00 o' clock
A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing he published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of February. A. D. , 1937.
