A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIOI\?S TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS SR-24g, 254, 261, DISTRICT SR-248, 254, 261,
267, 265 and 266. 267, 265 and 266.
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR-245, 254, 261, 267,
254, 261, 267, 265 and 266 265 and 266
Districts SR-245/hairebeen completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, HE I'T RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Roach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on March 3rd
, A. D. 1937, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
