RESOLUTION NC. 3857
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF PROP-
ERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN OBJECTIONS TO
THE CONFIRJIATION OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLL.

WHEREAS , preliminary assessment roll has been
completed by the City Engineer andfiled by him with the
City Clerk, on the above described improvement in accord-
ance with the provisions of Sections 29 and 30 , of the
City Charter.
TiEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <
City of Miami Beach, Florida, thrtt the City Clerk cause
notice to be given in accordance with said City Charter
that a meeting of the City Council will be held at 10:00
o clock A. M. __March3rd
1937, at which
time allinterested persons may appear and file written ob-
jections to the confirmation of said rolls
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of February
