A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA TO
FILE AN APPLICATION TO THE UNITED STATES
OF AMERICA THROUGH THE FEDERAL EMERGENCY
ADMINISTRATION OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR A GRANT
TO AID IN FINANCING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
A SANITARY SEWER FORCE ":ATN 1 TD DESIGNATING
THE CITY ENGINEER, CITY CLERK AND SPECIAL
COUNSEL TO FURNISH SUCH INFOPYATI nN AS THE
GOVERN:"ENT "'AY REQUEST.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1: That M.N.Lipo, City Engineer, be, and he is author-
ized to execute and file an application on behalf of the City
of Miami. Beach, Florida, to the United States of Americafor
a grant to aid in financing the construction of a Sanitary
Sewer Force MMain.
Section 2: That M.N.Lipp, City Engineer, C.W.Tomlinson, Ci ty
Clerk and Ben Sheoa.rd, Special Counsel, be, and they are hereby
authorized and directed to furnish such information as the
United States of Americathrough the Federal Emergency Administra-
tion of Public Works may reasonably request in connection with
the application which is herein authorizedto be filed.
