Resolution 73-14072 RESOLUTION NO. 73-14072
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
on July 18 , 1973 , duly passed and adopted its Resolution No.
73-14058 authorizing the purchase of the following described
parcel of land jointly by the City of Miami Beach and Metro-
politan Dade County, to- wit:
Tract B, INDIAN BEACH CORPORATION
SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat
Book 8, page 61, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
and
WHEREAS, an appropriate form of Agreement has been
prepared by the City Attorney, the provisions of which are
familiar to the City Council, and
WHEREAS , execution and delivery of said contract has
been recommended by the City Manager, and the form thereof
being approved by the City Attorney, and
THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and Acting City
Clerk are duly authorized to execute said Agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Miami Beacho, Florida.
