RESOLUTION NO. 73-14077
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach has been informed and advised
that the bank formerly known as the Carner Bank of Miami Beach has
duly changed its name to BANK OF MIAMI BEACH, effective August 6, 1973.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that henceforth all references heretofore
made to the Carner Bank of Miami Beach, whether by resolution,
contract or other instruments of whatsoever nature, shall be taken
to refer to BANK OF MIAMI BEACH and that all of said resolutions,
contracts or other instruments shall be deemed to be amended
accordingly.
