Resolution 73-14080 RESOLUTION, NO. 73-14080
WHEREAS , THE MIAMI-BEACH FIRST NATIONAL BANK
of Miami Beach, Florida, has requested an extension to
the existing Agreement with the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, for
a six-month period beginning August 16 , 1973, and
WHEREAS, the said Agreement provides that the
BANK shall have the use of twenty-six (26) off-street
parking spaces for the six-month period from August 16 ,
1973 through February 16 , 1974 , upon the terms, conditions,
and provisions set forth therein, and
WHEREAS , the City Council deems it to be in the
best interests of the City that such Agreement be entered
into by and between the CITY and said BANK, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an appro-
priate Agreement of extension containing such terms , condi-
tions, and provisions with which the City Council is familiar,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor
and the Acting City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the said Agreement of extension for
and on behalf of the City of Miami Beach, Florida.
