Resolution 73-14082 _ d RESOLUTION NO. 73-14082 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Council at its Regular Meeting of September 5, 1973, will consider the imposition of a moratorium on construction in the South Beach area. This area is bounded by Sixth Street on the north, the Atlantic Ocean on the east, United States Government Cut on the south and Biscayne Bay on the west. This moratorium, as proposed by the City Manager, would be for a period of six months . During this six-month period, the City Council would be con- sidering the adoption of a comprehensive development plan for the South Beach area. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Clerk give notice to the public by publishing a suitable advertise- ment in the local press .
