Resolution 73-14078 RESOLUTION NO. 73-14078
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 1891, the same
being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, by deleting the word "primarily" as the same
appears in Sections 7-3 and. 7-3 A.6 pertaining to restaurants
and other accessory uses therein referred to.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that pursuant to the provi-
sions of Section 16 of said Ordinance, a Public Hearing is hereby
called to be held before the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, beginning at the hour of 2 p.m. on the 3rd day
of October 1973 in the Cypress Room of the Miami Beach Convention
Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, at which Public Hearing all interested
persons will be heard.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 8th day of August 1973 .
