Resolution 73-14100 RESOLUTION NO. 73-14100
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate of the Clerk
and Inspectors who conducted the Primary Election held on
August 21 , 1973 , for the purpose of electing a Trustee
of the General Employees ' Retirement System from Group 2
of the employees of the City of Miami Beach, and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed said returns
and certificate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
said City that it hereby adopts the said Certificate as the
result of said Primary Election, and does hereby declare the
member from Group 2 elected as Trustee of the Miami Beach
Retirement System for General Employees, as follows:
GROUP 2 FLORENCE HUSS (Elected by 81
votes out of 156
cast, being a clear
majority at the
Primary Election)
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of September , 19 73 .
