BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 2 :30 o'clock P.M. , on
September 5, 1973 , it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above
designated improvement as to the acceptance thereof,
and no objections having been presented, said improve-
ment , as completed, be and the same is hereby
accepted.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of September,
