AND FIXING OTHER PROVISIONS IN
CONJUNCTION THEREWITH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that that portion of Resolution No.
73-14061 entitled:
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE
OF $15,090,000 .00, GENERAL OBLIGATION
BONDS , APPOINTING A BOND COUNSEL AND
A FISCAL AGENT, AND FIXING OTHER
PROVISIONS IN CONJUNCTION THERWITH.
reading as follows :
(8) That the City Council hereby establishes the
date of September 19, 1973, at 11 : 00 o ' clock a.m. , to receive
bids for the sale of these bonds aggregating $15, 090, 000 . 00.
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows :
(8) That the City Council will hereafter, establish
a proper and appropriate date for, the reception of bids for
the sale of the bonds herein provided for.
