Resolution 73-14124 RESOLUTION NO. 73-14124
WHEREAS , NUGGET CONCESSIONS , INC. was the successful
bidder for the Beach Equipment Concessions in Several Miami
Beach Oceanfront Parks , in accordance with the terms of those
certain specifications which were opened for bid on August 27,
1973; and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an agreement
covering the said concessions , with the terms of which agreement
the City Council is familiar; and
WHEREAS the City Council deems it to be to the best
interest of the City and its citizens to accept said bid and
to enter into an agreement embodying the terms thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and
the Acting City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the said agreement for and in the name of
the said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of September , 1973.
