RESOLUTION NO. 73-14129
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CATEGORIES AND
SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR GOLF COURSE USE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA: /
SECTION 1. That effective October 1, 1973 , the following schedule
of fee payable for the use of the City 's golf courses ,
established by City Council on September 25 , 1973 , shall be as
follows :
PERMANENT RESIDENT FREEHOLDER/REGISTERED VOTER
Single $200 . 00
Husband & Wife 275. 00
PERMANENT RESIDENT NON-VOTER/NON-FREEHOLDER
Single $300. 00
Husband & Wife 475. 00
TOURIST RESIDENT
- Single $375. 00
Husband & Wife 525. 00
NON-RESIDENT FREEHOLDER
Single $200. 00
Husband & Wife 275. 00
JUNIOR(UNDER 18 YEARS) $ 50 . 00
INTERMEDIATE (18 THROUGH 20 YEARS) $ 75 . 00
PAR 3 GOLF COURSE ONLY
Per person $100 . 00
GREENS FEES
Season 11/1 - 4/30 $ 6 . 00
Off-Season 5/1 - 10/31 $ 3 . 00
Freeholder shall mean ownership, either as an individual
or as an officer of a corporation, or real property
within the City limits of Miami Beach. A receipted
property tax bill , or title, will be required for proof
of ownership. If property is held in the name of a
corporation, proof must be submitted that the individual
making application is an officer in the corporation.
SECTION 2 . That Resolution No. 73-13881, adopted January 17 , 1973 ,
be and the same is hereby rescinded.
