RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CATEGORIES AND
SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR TENNIS CENTERS USE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That effective October 1, 1973 , the following schedule
of fees payable for the use of the City ' s tennis centers ,
established by City Council on September 25 , 1973 , shall be as follows
PERMANENT RESIDENT ADULTS $ 45. 00
PERMANENT RESIDENT YOUTHS
(Under 18 Years of Age) $ 20 . 00
PERMANENT RESIDENT ADULTS
SUMMER ONLY (5/1 - 9/30) $ 20. 00
PERMANENT RESIDENT
FAMILY
For 4 Family Members $100 . 00
Each additional Child
Under 18 Years $ 10. 00
COURTS FEES
Residents - Per person per hour $ . 60
Non-Residents-Per person per hour $ 1 . 50
SECTION 2 . That that portion pertaining to tennis center fees and
schedules of Resolution No. 13119 , adopted September 29 ,
1970 , be and the same is hereby rescinded.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 25th day of September , 1973 .
