RESOLUTION NO. 73-1 +138
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
desires to cooperate with the University of Mia#ni for the purpose of
providing work to the students eligible to participate in the United States
Government College Work-Study Program; and
WHEREAS, an Agreement for part-time employment for University
of Miami students has been prepared, in accordance with regulations
governing the College Work-Study Program, with the terms of which
Agreement the City Council is familiar; and
WHEREAS, it is determined to be in the best interest of the
said City to enter into said Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk and
Finance Director be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement for and in behalf of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1973.
