A RESOLUTION AMENDING CONTRACT WITH LEO
GROSSMAN, M.D. , CITY PHYSICIAN, BY PROVIDING
FOR AN INCREASE IN ANNUAL SALARY FROM
$17, 600 TO $22, 500, AS OF OCTOBER 1, 1973.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 4 of that contract dated March 7, 1973,
with Leo Grossman, M.D. , as City Physician, be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows :
"4 . It is further understood and agreed that
the said City, in consideration of the
premises , agrees to pay commencing
October 1, 1973, the said LEO GROSSMAN,
M.D. , for the performance of the services
herein set forth, the sum of Twenty-Two
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($22, 500) per
annum, payable in equal bi-weekly amounts
of Eight Hundred Sixty-Two and 07/100
Dollars . "
SECTION 2 . That this amendment shall be effective as of
October 1, 1973.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 1973.
