RESOLUTION NO. 73_14178
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that
UNITED STATES LEAGUE CONVENTION SERVICES , INC.
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach
Convention Hall South Entire Premises and Facilities including
all Committee Rooms and Offices , for the purpose of
CONVENTION, BUSINESS SHOW AND EXHIBITS AND ENTERTAINMENT
on
, 1 NOVEMBER 7 - 14 , 1975
and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved as to form
by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of the said lease agree-
ment and deems it to be for the best interest of the City to
authorize the execution of the said lease agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to. execute
the above described lease agreement on behalf of the City, and
that the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager is hereby
authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein by the City.
