RESOLUTION NO. 73-14199
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING AUTHORITY FOR THE SIGNING
OF VOUCHERS DRAWING ON ACCOUNT IN THE BANK OF
MIAMI BEACH DESIGNATED "CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
AUDITORIUM AND EXHIBITION HALL TRUST ACCOUNT".
SECTION 1 : That on and after October 3, 1973, all withdrawals of
funds from that certain City of Miami Beach bank
account in the Bank of Miami Beach, designated "City of Miami Beach
Auditorium and Exhibition Hall Trust Account" shall be upon regular
City of Miami Beach checks, designated "City of Miami Beach
Auditorium and Exhibition Hall Trust Account", each bearing two
signatures , as follows:
By Norman Litz, Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager or in
his absence or inability to act for any reason,
By Eleanor B. Baltuch, Administrative Assistant II .
Countersigned by either one of the following three individuals:
By F. L. Bleasdale, Administrative Assistant
By B. Dew, Administrative Assistant
By Vernon Stultz, Administrative Assistant
SECTION 2: That any and all reference to said account in the Bank
of Miami Beach, designated "City of Miami Beach
Auditorium and Exhibition Hall Trust Account", in Section 1 of
Resolution No, 73-14141 , adopted by the City Council on October 3,
1973, be and the same is hereby deleted.
SECTION 3: That a certified copy of this resolution be furnished
to the Bank of Miami Beach.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of November, 1973.
