BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 2 :00 o'clock P .M. , on
December 19, 1973 , it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above
designated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
the objection presented at the time and place aforesaid
having been heard and considered, said improvement, as
completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of December,
