A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LEASE FOR
OFFICE OF HANDICAPPED ASSISTANCE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the proposed lease for that
certain office space located on the second floor of the
No. One Lincoln Road Building, Miami Beach, Florida, and
further identified as Office No. 223 , for a term of three years,
commencing January 1 , 1974 , at a monthly rental of $150 . 00 ,
and to be used as the office for assistance to the Handicapped,
which lease has been approved as to form by the City Attorney
and the execution of which has been recommended by the City
Manager, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the same in the name of the City, and the
financial officers of the City are hereby authorized and directed
to disburse the monies required by the terms of said lease from
funds of the City available for such purpose .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19thday of December , 1973 .
