A RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING
ON RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING
BOARD FOR APPROVAL OF SITE PLAN IN
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
(PUD) AT 1776 JEFFERSON AVENUE,
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, is considering the recommendation of the
Planning Board for approval of a site plan in the Planned
Unit Development District (PUD) , at the location of 1776
Jefferson Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida, being further
described as Lots 9 and 10, Block 20 , Palm View
Subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a Public
Hearing is hereby called to be held before the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, beginning at the
hour of 2 :45 o 'clock P.M. , on the 6th day of February,
1974 , in the Council Chambers in the Cypress Room of the
Miami Beach Convention Hall, at which Public Hearing all
interested persons will be heard.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, 1974.
