A RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING
ON RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING
BOARD FOR APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL
USE AND SITE PLAN FOR FILLING
STATION ON ABBOTT AVENUE AND 71ST
STREET, MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, is considering the recommendation of the
Planning Board for approval of a conditional use and site
plan for a Filling Station on the Northwest corner of Abbott
Avenue and 71st Street, further described as Lots 4 and 7
through 12 , Block 6 , Normandy Beach South, providing Standard
Oil Company agrees to increase the landscaping on the site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a Public
Hearing is hereby called to be held before the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, beginning at the hour
of 3 : 00 o 'clock p.m. , on the 6th day of February, 1974 , in
the Council Chambers in the Cypress Room of the Miami Beach
Convention Hall , at which Public Hearing all interested
persons will be heard.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, 1974 .
