Resolution 74-14244 RESOLUTION NO. 74-14244
WHEREAS , there has been submitted to the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate
of the Clerk and Inspectors who conducted the Primary Election
held on January 8 , 1974 , for the purpose of electing a
Regular member from Group 3 of the City employees to
serve on the Personnel Board; and
WHEREAS , the said City Council has canvassed said
returns and certificate,
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of said City that it hereby adopts the said Certificate as the
result of said Primary Election, and does hereby declare the
member from Group 3 elected to the Personnel Board, as
follows :
GROUP 3 Barbara Strahm (Elected by
247 votes
out of 321 votes
cast, being a clear
majority at the
Term expires July 31 , 1976 Primary Election)
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of January
1974 .
