Resolution 74-14284 RESOLUTION NO. 74-14284
WHEREAS , the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, entered
into a Lease Agreement with B 'NAI B 'RITH OF MIAMI BEACH #1591
and CHASE FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, dated
October 16 , 1973 for Patriotic Rally, and
WHEREAS , B 'NAI B 'RITH OF MIAMI BEACH #1591 and CHASE
FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION have requested to use the
Miami Beach Auditorium instead of the Miami Beach Convention
Hall on May 23 , 1974 , and
WHEREAS , all other terms and conditions of the
existing Agreement shall remain the same, and
WHEREAS , a letter, signed by the Manager of the
• Auditorium and Convention Hall, dated February 11, 1974, amending
the existing Agreement between B 'NAI B 'RITH OF MIAMI BEACH
#1591 and CHASE FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION and the
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, has been mailed to and accepted by B'NAI
B'RITH OF MIAMI BEACH #1591 and CHASE FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the letter
dated February 11, 1974 , signed by the Manager of the Auditorium
and Convention Hall , amending the existing Agreement between
B 'NAI B 'RITH OF MIAMI BEACH #1591 and CHASE FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
LOAN ASSOCIATION and the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, be and the same
is hereby accepted and approved in the name of and on behalf of
said CITY.
