RESOLUTION ORDERING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
FOR 11th STREET, FROM ALTON ROAD TO WEST
AVENUE AND DESIGNATING SAID IMPROVEMENTS
TO BE HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-532 :
AND PROVIDING FOR SAID IMPROVEMENT TO
BE AN ASSESSABLE PROJECT IN ACCORDANCE
WITH SECTIONS 29 AND 30 OF THE CITY
CHARTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA :
That the construction of the following described Improvement
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of
the City Charter :
H-532 : 11th Street from Alton Road to West
Avenue to be paved and where hereto-
fore paved to be repaved to a width
of 44 ft. with a bituminous wearing
surface on a 10" rock base, and
improved on both sides with concrete
curb and gutter.
As said Street is shown on Plats
recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 110
and Plat Book 7, Page 160 of the
Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk, plans and Specifications of said Improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate
of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys,
the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation
of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and
publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts etc . ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the
cost of such Improvement is hereby designated as District H-532
and is described as follows :
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on
11th Street from Alton Road to West Avenue.

This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,
assessments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-532, and
the property against which assessments therefor may be
made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District
H-532 .
