RESOLUTION NO. 74-14294
HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENTS H-531 , H-532, H-533 DISTRICTS H-531 , H-532,
and H-534 H-533 and H-534
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of March, 1974 the
City Council passed and adopted resolutions ordering the im-
provements designated as Highway Improvements H-531 , H-532, H-533,
and H-534, Districts H-531 , H-532, H-533 and H-534,
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans
and specifications of such improvements and estimates of
the costs thereof, including estimates of the incidental
expenses, and the said plans and specifications and
estimates of costs and estimates of incidental expenses
have been filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause
to be published at least once in a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating
that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach on
the 3rd day of April , 1974, commencing at 2:20 p.m. ,
the City Council will hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolutions ordering
said improvements.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of March, 1974.
