Resolution 74-14303 RESOLUTION NO. 74-14303
WHEREAS , the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, entered
into a Lease Agreement with DELTA SIGMA THETA SORORITY, dated
January 18 , 1974 , and
WHEREAS , DELTA SIGMA THETA SORORITY has requested
that they be permitted to use the Miami Beach Auditorium
instead of the Miami Beach Convention Hall referred to in
said Agreement, and
WHEREAS , all other terms and conditions of the
existing Agreement shall remain the same, and
WHEREAS , a letter, signed by the Manager of the
Auditorium and Convention Hall, dated February 19 , 1974 ,
amending the existing Agreement between DELTA SIGMA THETA
SORORITY and the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, has been mailed to and
accepted by DELTA SIGMA THETA SORORITY.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the letter
dated February 19 , 1974 , signed by the Manager of the Auditorium
and Convention Hall , amending the existing Agreement between
DELTA SIGMA THETA SORORITY and the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, be and
the same is hereby accepted and approved in the name of and on
behalf of said CITY.
