Resolution 74-14304 RESOLUTION NO. 74-14304
WHEREAS , the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, entered
into a Lease Agreement with R. & B . PRODUCTIONS , dated
December 12 , 1973 , and
WHEREAS , R. & B. PRODUCTIONS , the lessee in the
above mentioned agreement, wishes to relinquish its
obligation as lessee therein to COME TOGETHER SOUND, INC. ,
and
WHEREAS , all other terms and conditions of the
existing Agreement shall remain the same, and
WHEREAS , a letter, signed by the Manager of the
Auditorium and Convention Hall , dated March 5 , 1974 , amending
the existing Agreement between R. & B. PRODUCTIONS and the
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, has been mailed to and accepted by
COME TOGETHER SOUND, INC. ;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the letter
dated March 5 , 1974 , signed by the Manager of the Auditorium
and Convention Hall , amending the existing Agreement between
R. & B. PRODUCTIONS and the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH to provide
that COME TOGETHER SOUND, INC. , become lessee therein, be and
the same is hereby accepted and approved in the name of and
on behalf of said CITY.
