Resolution 74-14334 RESOLUTION NO. 74_14334
WHEREAS , the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, entered
into a Lease Agreement with FLORIDA TEAM TENNIS , INC. , dated
March 11, 1974 , for Florida Team Tennis games , and
WHEREAS , FLORIDA TEAM TENNIS , INC. , has requested
that they release the dates of July 12 , 1974 , and July 14 , 1974 ,
in the Miami Beach Convention Hall, and instead will use the
dates of May 13 , 1974 , and August 10 , 1974 , and
WHEREAS, the requested new dates are open and avail-
able and no loss to the CITY of rental is involved in the
requested change of dates , and
WHEREAS , all other terms and conditions of the
existing Agreement shall remain the same, and
WHEREAS , a letter, signed by the Executive Director
of the Convention Center, dated April 3 , 1974 , amending the
existing Agreement between FLORIDA TEAM TENNIS , INC. , and the
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, has been mailed to and accepted by FLORIDA
TEAM TENNIS, INC. ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the letter
dated April 3, 1974 , signed by the Executive Director of the
Convention Center, amending the existing Agreement between
FLORIDA TEAM TENNIS , INC. , and the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, be and
the same is hereby accepted and approved in the name of and on
behalf of said CITY.
