A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS.

IMPROVEMENTS WW-150, WW-152 DISTRICTS WW-150, WW-152
WHEREAS, Wh i teway Improvements WW-150 and WW-152,
Districts WW-150 and WW-152,
have been completed and acceptance of said improve-
ments recommended by the City Manager and the City
Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will
be held at 2:20 o' clock P .M . on May 15, 1974, in the
Cypress Room, Convention Hall South , at which time and place
said City Council will hear any objections ofpersons
interested in or affected by the said improvements as to
the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of April , 1974.
