RESOLUTION NO. 74-14348
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74-14328.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that that portion of Resolution No.
74-14328 reading as follows :
" . . .said loan to be made on the basis
of a 20-year factor, with the annual
payments during the term of said loan
of approximately Two Hundred Forty-
Three Thousand Dollars ($243,000) with
the tenth annual payment being One
Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Four
Thousand Dollars ($1, 884 ,000) . . . "
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows :
" . . .said loan to be repayable in
one hundred twenty (120) monthly
payments in the amount of Twenty
Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Dollars
($20 ,220) per month, and that upon the
120th monthly payment there shall be
a balloon principal payment of
One Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Three
Thousand Four Hundred Ten Dollars and
Forty-one Cents ($1, 883, 410 . 41) . "
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that said Resolution No. 74-14328,
as hereby amended, is hereby approved, ratified, and confirmed
in all respects .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of April 1974 .
