WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been advised that
TENNIS INDUSTRY'S NATIONAL BUYING SHOW, INC.
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami
BeachMaeininnattiOiY&XConvention Hall North South for the
purpose of

TENNIS INDUSTRY 'S TRADE SHOW
on
JANUARY 3-8 , 1975

and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by
the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved as
to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of
and is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said
lease agreement and deers it to be for the pest interest of
the City to authorize the execution of the said lease
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor
and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the above described lease agreement on
behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium and Cdnventi on
Hall Manager is hereby authorized and directed to carry into
effect the terms and provisions undertaken therein by the
City_
