A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DONATION
OF TWO DEADLINED CITY VEHICLES TO THE
SOUTHEAST FLORIDA INSTITUTE OF CRIMI-
NAL JUSTICE FOR TRAINING VEHICLES .
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach has several
vehicles which are deadlined and are no longer being used
for City affairs, and
WHEREAS, the Southeast Florida Institute of
Criminal Justice, which has the responsibility for training
Miami Beach police recruits, needs two vehicles for training
purposes, and
WHEREAS, it is to the best interests of the
City of Miami Beach that said vehicles be transferred to
Southeast Florida Institute of Criminal Justice;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor,
the City Manager and the City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to transfer two vehicles which are
no longer in use by the City of Miami Beach to the Southeast
Florida Institute of Criminal Justice.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of May
1974.
