A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING ABANDONMENT
OF EXISTING EAST/WEST ALLEY LOCATED AT 71ST STREET
AND ABBOTT AVENUE, FILLING STATION PROPERTY; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE RELOCATION OF SAME.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, deems it in the best interest of the citizens of this
community that the above-described property be abandoned and relo-
cated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City of Miami Beach
abandon the existing East/West alley located at 71st Street and
Abbott Avenue and provide for the relocation of same.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 1974 .
