RESOLUTION NO. 74-14372
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 74-14337, ORDERING SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT SK-280.
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, by Resolution No. 74-14338, passed and adopted on the
17th day of April, 1974 , ordered the calling of a public hearing
on the proposed Sidewalk Improvement SK-280 , and
WHEREAS , said public hearing was duly held on May 15,
1974 , to consider objections to confirmation of Resolution No.
74-14337, ordering said Improvement, and
WHEREAS , the City Council considered said objections
presented and now being fully advised in the premises;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said Resolution
No. 74-14337, passed and adopted on April 17, 1974 , ordering said
Sidewalk Improvement SK-280, be and the same is hereby rescinded
and repealed.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 1974 .
