RESOLUTION NO. 74-14379
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been advised that
SPANISH INTERNATIONAL NETWORK
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami
Beach AuditoriumA diad. X- Xi` E2iXMA for the
purpose of
CLOSED CIRCUIT TELECAST - SOCCER SEMI-FINALS
on
• JUNE 19 , 1974
•
and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by
the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved as _
to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of
and is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said
lease agreement and deems it to be for the best interest of
the City to authorize the execution of the said lease
agreement.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE C i T;.
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Navor
and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the above described .lease agreement on
behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium and Convention
Hall Manager is hereby authorized and• directed to carry into
and provisions undertaken therein by the
effect the terms �r undertaken
