BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CI~ COI~4ISSION OF THE CiTY OF HI&¼I BEACH, FLORIDA:
That that portion of Paragraph (l) of Resolution No. 74-24487, reading as follows:
.... '~lembers of the Comission shall be permanent residents of Hlami Beach".
