TOUCH SCREEN VOTING MACHINES

This is to inform you that the Miami-Dade County Elections Department has converted the
voting system to the new Touch-Screen Voting Machines, which will be used beginning
with the September 10, 2002 election.
Demonstrations of the Touch-Screen Voting Machine are being given in the City Clerk's
Office. All interested persons are invited to visit the City Clerk's Office, Monday through
Friday, from 8:30 a. m. to 5:00 p.m., for a demonstration.
Attached please find copy of the ad that will be published in the Miami Herald Neighbors on
Thursday, July 25, 2002, also the Sun Post, Art Deco Tropical and La Voz de Miami
Beach.
